  • 90-minute intro session — before your first group class you'll spend 90 minutes with a coach learning the movements you'll see throughout the challenge. You'll walk into your first session knowing exactly what you're doing and feeling like you belong there.

  • Fully coached group fitness classes — strength, cardio, and mobility, scaled to your level, led by an experienced coach every session.

  • A complete 8-week training programme — mapped out from day one. No guesswork. You just show up.

  • A tight-knit community — ordinary adults, your age, your level, all choosing to stay healthy through winter together.

  • Direct coach support throughout — if something hurts, life gets complicated, or you need to adjust, the coaching team is with you for all 8 weeks.

Your first session is a 90-minute intro with a coach who will walk you through every movement you'll see in the challenge. No experience needed. No baseline fitness required. Just turn up.

Frequently Asked Questions

I haven't trained in months, can I still do this?

Yes - and this is built for exactly that. Before your first group class you'll spend 90 minutes with a coach learning the movements at your own pace. You'll never be thrown in the deep end.

I have an injury or physical limitation. Can I still participate?

In most cases, yes. Let us know beforehand and our coaches will modify the programme to suit your body throughout the full 8 weeks.

What results can I expect in 8 weeks?

More energy. Better sleep. Stronger muscles. Improved cardiovascular fitness. Less stiffness. A body that feels noticeably more capable than when you started.

How often are sessions and how long do they run?

We run 30+ sessions per week, each session lasting approximately 60mins. We operate 7 days per week across different times of day so you're sure to find a session time to suit your schedule.

I'm worried I won't be able to keep up in the group classes.

That's exactly what the 90-minute intro session is for. By the time you walk into your first group class you'll already know the movements, understand how sessions work, and feel comfortable in the environment. Everyone in the group started somewhere and our coaches make sure no one is left behind.

What happens after the 8 weeks?

We'll talk to you before the challenge ends about continuing at Ultra CrossFit so your fitness doesn't stall the moment it's over.

When does it start and how many spots are there?

Winter Warrior starts on Monday 15th June. Places are limited to keep coaching quality high. When the intake closes, it closes.

Winter passes either way

The only question is how your body feels on the other side of it.

Don't arrive at Spring feeling stiff, flat and starting from zero again. Eight weeks of showing up with a coach, a community, and a structure built for winter is all it takes to change that.
